As a former forces family we have moved many times, this move was by far the best!  From the initial quote and communication throughout - to packing, storage and delivery - they were worth every penny! A great team of lads, polite and friendly, who clearly enjoy their work. Unfortunately we had to wait a long while for our keys as we were the end of the chain - they waited alongside us, delivering essentials (in the rain) and building our beds for the night! We won’t be moving for a long while now but wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again or recommend them to anyone. They helped my elderly parents, who are nearly 90, move in October 2023.  My parents had lived in their bungalow for 60 years, and we had been dreading the day of the move.

Ross and his team were very efficient, kind and patient on the moving day, exceedingly patient!  I will always remember this day and Ross’s team.

Ross and his team were also very helpful when we discovered problems at the new bungalow: two leaks under the sink, two leaks in a roof, no hot water in the shower, and a Smart heating system that we couldn’t operate!

Ross and his team recommended his Dad for the DIY jobs, and a plumber and a roofing company for the other issues.

bsolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Excellent communication & super easy to get a quote. We had 3 potential completion dates cancelled at short notice & Ross was always understanding. When we eventually moved it was short notice but he was able to accommodate us even though he had other big jobs on that day. I do not normally take to writing reviews, however I was so impressed by the way Ross got us moved in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic making sure all safe distancing rules were followed along with the correct PPE. He provided an upfront quote that provided great value for money, he was prompt and made sure all our furniture and crockery were all well packed and protected and put into storage before we completed our move to our final destination in Cornwall. Many thanks Ross to you and your dad, you both did a great job.

Having moved house many times I would say that RH Removals is by far the best removals company we have used. I recommend them for their planning, reliability, willingness to help in any way they can, flexibility, thinking outside the box and above all respect for customers. We have had dealings with them twice this year [and it's not often that we are happy enough with a service provider to go back to them!] - once with our parents' move to Devon and then our own complicated move from Witney. They are hard working, friendly and have a refreshing 'can-do' attitude. Where others say, 'It can't be done' they will do their very best to come up with a solution. We will definitely be making use of their excellent services again.
